◉ Eligibility Requirements

To initiate a return request:
🔵 Vehicle must be in “as-shipped” condition with ≤ 50 km on odometer
🔵 Return application must be submitted within 7 business days after port clearance
🔵 Provide complete documentation:

  • Original Bill of Lading (BOL)

  • Pre-shipment inspection certificate

  • Customs clearance papers

Note: All returns require re-inspection by our authorized third-party agency (costs shared 50/50).


◉ Return Process Flow

1. Pre-Return Consultation (Mandatory)

  • Complete the Return Assessment Form with:
    • Digital copy of vehicle diagnostics report
    • 360° exterior/interior video (minimum 5 minutes)

  • Processing time: 10-15 business days

2. Approval & Logistics

  • If preliminarily approved:

    • Buyer responsible for arranging containerized return shipping

    • Must use our designated marine insurance provider

  • Submit shipping documents 72hrs prior to vessel departure

3. Post-Delivery Audit

  • Comprehensive inspection at origin port within:

    • 21 days for standard vehicles

    • 45 days for custom/converted units

  • Final approval/denial issued via formal arbitration


◉ Financial Terms

▸ Refund Structure:

  • Approved returns: 85% of FOB value

  • 15% retained for documentation/admin fees

▸ Non-Refundable Costs:

  • Original export certification fees

  • Anti-corrosion treatment charges

  • Demurrage/port storage beyond 48hrs

▸ Preferred Resolution:

  • 110% credit toward future orders (valid 18 months)


◉ Irrevocable Conditions

🚫 Vehicles with aftermarket modifications (even if removable)
🚫 Inventory exceeding 90 days from initial shipment date
🚫 Units sold “AS-IS” with prior buyer acknowledgment


◉ Critical Notes

  • All return-related communications must use verified corporate email domains

  • Timezone differences may extend response windows by 2-3 business days

  • Force majeure events (port strikes, sanctions, etc.) void return eligibility


◉ FAQ

Q: What if the vehicle is damaged during return shipping?
A: Claims must be filed directly with marine insurer. We facilitate documentation upon request.

Q: Can we use our own inspection company?
A: Only IAS-certified inspectors from our approved list are acceptable.

Q: Are demo/test drive vehicles returnable?
A: Demo units follow separate policy terms per sales contract Section 12.3.
