To initiate a return request:
🔵 Vehicle must be in “as-shipped” condition with ≤ 50 km on odometer
🔵 Return application must be submitted within 7 business days after port clearance
🔵 Provide complete documentation:

Note: All returns require re-inspection by our authorized third-party agency (costs shared 50/50).

2. Approval & Logistics

Buyer responsible for arranging containerized return shipping

3. Post-Delivery Audit

Q: What if the vehicle is damaged during return shipping?
A: Claims must be filed directly with marine insurer. We facilitate documentation upon request.
Q: Can we use our own inspection company?
A: Only IAS-certified inspectors from our approved list are acceptable.
Q: Are demo/test drive vehicles returnable?
A: Demo units follow separate policy terms per sales contract Section 12.3.
